BIAT launched Saturday, July 9, 2016 the “Travel Assistance”. It involves a set of assistance services in case of accident occurring during a trip abroad. Previously, this service was available only at the high-end cards or optional on BiatTraval card.
BIAT developed this insurance-bank product to provide any traveler, client and non client of the bank a quick and easy service to ensure the best conditions of travel.
No need to go to an insurance office to take out travel assistance, travel insurance is now available with quick formalities at all branches and exchange box of BIAT and with competitive rates taking into account the length of stay.
Assistance Benefits include medical expenses, hospitalization and evacuation and repatriation due to illness or accident. Travel assistance is guaranteed in all countries and can be purchased for one or more people in one contract (family, company managers…).
