China Railway, one of the world’s largest companies operating in infrastructure construction and manufacturing of engineering equipment and components, will open an office in Tunisia.
This was announced by Zied Laâdhari, the Tunisian Minister of Trade and Industry, following a meeting with a delegation of Chinese investors, led by ChinaRailway Chairman of the Board of Directors, Wei Yankun and secretary general of the Chinese project New Silk Road, Hong Hong.
China Railway is the group that carries out the project “The new Silk Road”, a titanic project that consists of building hundreds of roads, bridges and railways linking China to Europe and the Mediterranean.
