Tunisia: 10 startups to participate in “Emerging Valley” Marseille December 3-5

10 Tunisian startups operating in several fields, namely training, artificial intelligence and agriculture will participate in the third edition of “Emerging Valley” to be held on December 3-5 in Marseille, France.

Through this participation, the Tunisian startups will seek to network with their African and European counterparts, CEO of Smart Tunisia Rym Jarou said at a press conference on Tuesday in Tunis.

They will also work to shed light on local capabilities, besides looking for marketing their innovative products, she added.

The 10 companies were selected by stakeholders as part of a partnership program between Smart Tunisia project and Startup Factory 319/619 in co-operation with the German International Co-operation Agency (GIZ) and Startup-brics.

Founder of “Emerging Valley” Samir Abdelkrim said this new edition will bring together more than 20 startups from 30 African and European countries as well as several investors and experts.

“Emerging Valley” is an international event whose organization started in Marseille 2017.

It brings together European and African startups, with investors who work to consolidate ties globally in one single space.
