Tunisia: afric’Up expects nearly 1000 participants

Tunisia will host October 2 and 3, 2018, the first edition of AfricaUp, The Startup Africa Summit in Laico Hotel in Tunis.

Afric’Up is a Tunisian initiative for African startups, supported by the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy.

It aims to be a powerful network that aims to provide access to export markets to innovative companies by encouraging those already mature enough to expand internationally and explore business opportunities in African and international markets.

During the two days, nearly 1000 participants including 200 African and international, will access a networking program, competition between Startups and conferences on entrepreneurship and new technological trends, led by CEOs, policy makers, investors , startuppers and experts.

Planned conferences, panels and speeches will include: Digital Transformation, Fintech, Blockchain, Insurtech, Edtech, Agri-tech & Foodtech, Govtech and Civic Tech, Industry, Smart City & Building, IoT and Big Data, AI, E-Health , Mobility and Transport, Travel and Tourism, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.
