Tunisia: Amen Bank issues subordinated bond of 40 million dinars

The Executive Board of Amen Bank has decided to issue a subordinated bond loan in the amount of 40 million dinars, which may be increased to 60 million, without recourse to the public offering.

The amount of the loan is divided into 400,000 subordinated bonds with a nominal value of 100 dinars, which may be increased to 600,000 bonds.

Subscriptions and payments for this subordinated loan will be made from March 16, 2020 through the stock market intermediary MAC SA, and will be closed no later than May 18, 2020.
