An issue of thirty-five million participatory securities totaling thirty-five million Tunisian Dinars (35,000,000 DT) was approved unanimously at the Ordinary General Assembly of the “SOCIETE ASSURANCES MULTIRISQUES ITTIHAD” AMI ASSURANCES,” broker Mena Capital Partners (MCP) said on Thursday.
Participating securities will be fully paid in cash at the time of subscription, issued and repaid at par with a nominal value of one Tunisian Dinar (1 DT) each.
The issue, without public offering, of thirty-five million equity securities will be reserved for the shareholder National Agricultural Bank (BNA), said MCP.
The subscription of the participating securities, subject of the issue, may be carried out for a period of thirty (30) days beginning to run from the date of publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT).
It is specified that this period of thirty (30) days may be terminated early upon subscription of all participation securities.
