The Tunisian Accumulator ASSAD announced that the strategic partnership with the potential buyer Monbat (European Group specialized in the manufacture and distribution of batteries) has been delayed following the wish of the partner to complete its due diligences after the approval of financial statements for the 2017 financial year.
The partnership project is currently in the advanced stage of negotiation, and the common goal of both parties is to finalize the process by the end of the first half of 2018.
