The company Assurances SALIM has convened its shareholders to the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Thursday August 8 at the company’s headquarters, in order to deliberate on the modification of the corporate name.
Indeed, the Assembly will approve the new corporate name of the company to become BH Insurance.
This decision follows the change of the name of the “Banque de l’Habitat” to BH Bank.
The company Assurances SALIM was created at the initiative of the Banque de l’Habitat in September 1995 in the form of a limited company specializing in life insurance.
Its capital is currently held 42.2% by BH Bank and 33.32% by the CARTE Group.
