The Banque de l ‘Habitat posted a net profit of 136.3 million dinars in 2018 compared to 115 million dinars in 2017, up 18%, according to the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval at the Ordinary General Meeting set for April 30.
The Bank’s shareholders who were convened to the Ordinary General Meeting will deliberate on the approval of the report of the Board of Director and the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2018 financial year.
The Ordinary General Meeting will set the dividend amount to be distributed to the shareholders at 0.600 dinar per share, i.e. the same dividend paid last year.
