The Company “Carthage Cement” (confiscated company) has decided to extend until March 6, 2020 inclusive, the subscription period for the increase of its share capital from 172 million dinars (MD) to 395 MD, according to the Financial Market Council’s website.
The decision comes one week after managing director of the “Alkarama Holding”, which manages the confiscated properties, Adel Karar said the subscription rate has reached 80%.
The subscription was launched on January 17, 2020 to raise the capital from 172 million dinars (MD) to 396 MD (+268 MD) with an issue price of 1.200 dinars.
