The European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, will be in Tunis on Wednesday, March 21, to announce, in particular, a new European program to support startups and innovative companies, the delegation of the European Union (EU) in Tunisia said Monday in a statement.
During this visit, the European Commissioner will dedicate, the morning of Wednesday, to a meeting of actors of the innovation ecosystem in Tunisia (an incubator and a startup accelerator as well as a fund management company) and is expected to announce the new startup support program at COGITE, the incubation space for startups located at the Berges du Lac.
Hahn is also expected to hold official meetings on the same day.
