The individual financial statements of Euro Cycles for the financial year 2018 showed a net income of 10,416 MD.
The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of 8.394 MD. The Board decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.200 DT per share and the award of one new free share for 10 old ones and to call on the shareholders of the Company for capital increase by incorporation of the reserves (by the award of one new free share (01) for ten (10).
