EURO-CYCLES has just announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2018, reviewed the company’s activity during the 2017 financial year and finalized the individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the 2017 financial year.
These financial statements showed an individual net income of 14.3 million dinars and a consolidated net profit of 15.6 million dinars.
The board has therefore decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.5 dinar per share and to call the shareholders of the Company for a an Ordinary General Meeting for Thursday, May 3, 2018 and for an Extraordinary General Meeting on the same day.
