Tunisia: foreign currency reserves rise to 78 days of import

Tunisia’s foreign currency reserves are up again. As at September 20, 2019, net assets in foreign currencies stood at TD 12.229 billion, representing 78 days of imports.

A rise in reserves of 9 days at time owed to the 500 MUSD, already in the coffers of the BCT.

At the same date and still according to the BCT, the euro was traded at 3.2413 TND and the US Dollar at 2.7789 TND, while it took 2.9617 TND to have 10 Moroccan Dirhams.
