Tunisia: huge deficit in global stock in dams

The global stock of water in Tunisia’s dams amounted to 844.676 million m3 on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, according to statistics published on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries.
A volume that compared to an average for the same day, over the past three years, was estimated at 1,219,078 million m3, i.e. a deficit of 374,401 million m3.
According to that department, the Sidi Salem dam, currently, contains 138,676 million m3. Those of Mellegue 5,061 million, Beni Mtir 39, 995, Sidi Salem 138,676 and Sidi Barrak 202,267.
