The Société Magasin Général (SMG) has just announced that its Board of Directors met on February 12, 2020 to examine the company’s accounts for the financial year 2019.
It appears that the company’s provisional result amounts to 11.4 million dinars (including 4 million dinars in dividends received), compared to 21.2 million dinars a year earlier (including 6 million dinars in dividends received).
The company also indicates that its Board has taken note of the financial statements as presented and decided to submit them to the Statutory Auditors for audit.
