Partner Investment, a holding company created by Poulina Group Holding, which held 899,999 shares and voting rights, representing 9.99% of Tunisie Leasing’s share capital said it had crossed the 10% threshold of the company’s capital upwards.
This was following the acquisition of 142,205 shares and voting rights, representing 1.58% of the company’s capital.
After this acquisition, Partner Investment holds 1,042,204 shares and voting rights, representing 11.58% of the capital of Tunisie Leasing.
