Qatar still ranks first in the list of investors in Tunisia and this will accelerate after the opening of a Qatari Development Fund office in Tunis, said the Tunisian ambassador in Doha.
He added that the last few years have witnessed a real boom in the level and volume of bilateral trade, saying that they have soared 250% in 2018 year-on-year.
The diplomat also cited the Qatari Diar’s Tozeur Desert Resort to be completed before next summer with funding of $ 80 million.
