The agreement signed with the Italian company (TECNIS), for the realization of the Line D linking Moncef Bey-Manouba- Gobâa-Mnihla has been canceled and a new tender should be launched during the month of June, Mourad Kassab, CEO of the Rapid Rail Network of Tunis (RFR) said in an interview with Africanmanager.
“We have cancelled the agreement we signed in November 2017 with TECNIS, designated for the completion of civil works at line D because it has not honored its commitments,” the CEO of the RFR pointed out.
