The “société Tunisienne d’Email” (SOTEMAIL) has returned to profits in the first half of the current year.
After reporting a net semiannual loss of 1.35 million dinars in 2017, the subsidiary of the Abdennadher Group announced a net profit of 203,000 dinars at the end of last June.
However, the company saw its turnover virtually stagnate at the end of June to 22.8 million dinars.
As for operating expenses, they went from 21.9 million dinars at June 30, 2017 to 20.1 million at the end of last June, posting a decline of 8.2%.
Operating income for the period was up by 2.8 million dinars, up 163% from the first half of 2017.
In addition, the company’s net financial expenses increased by 7.8% between June 2017 and June 2018 to reach 2.55 million dinars.
