As part of its international development program, the Tunisian Company of Telecommunications Enterprises (SOTETEL) has just announced the creation of SPA SOTETEL ALGERIE, on July 24, 2018, joint stock company, under Algerian law, having the same social object and 49% owned by SOTETEL, in accordance with Algerian regulations.
The company had announced on July 4, 2017 the conclusion of an agreement with a renowned Algerian partner for the creation of a public limited company under Algerian law: SOTETEL Algeria
