The “Société de Transport des Hydrocarbures Par Pipelines” (SOTRAPIL) announced that its Board of Directors that met on Friday, April 12, 2019 has approved the financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2018.
These financial statements show operating income of 17.8 million dinars, compared with 16.6 million for 2017, i.e. an increase of 6.9%.
Operating expenses amounted to 9.1 million dinars, compared to 9 million a year earlier, a slight rise of 0.5%.
The net result of the year therefore shows growth of 14.2% to 7.1 million dinars, against 6.2 million for the year 2017.
The Board of Directors has also decided to convene the Ordinary General Meeting for Friday, June 14, 2019 from 10:00 am at a Tunis Hotel and has proposed the distribution of a dividend of 0.900 dinar per share.
