According to the same source, the number of nights spent by non-residents increased by 36.9% at the end of March 2018 compared to the same period of 2017.
The number of tourists from Europe increased by 51.4% and that of Maghreb tourists grew by 17.4%.
According to the same figures, Tunisia saw the entry of 1.3 million foreign tourists during the first quarter of 2018, a figure that is 19% higher than in the first quarter of 2017.
